Dr. Weaver chose to focus on the ear, nose, & throat (otolaryngology) specialty because the problems and diseases in this field can significantly affect a patient’s quality of life and how they interact with the world around them. Dr. Weaver enjoys having the opportunity to impact his patients’ lives in a positive way. He finds it rewarding to walk through a hard diagnosis with a patient, stay alongside them during their health journey, and help them through it.

Dr. Weaver is trained in the current standards of care, having recently completed his residency training at Oregon Health & Science University, including endoscopic sinus surgery, minimally invasive endoscopic ear surgery, head and neck cancer, allergy, and all other ear, nose, and throat subspecialties.

Dr. Weaver considers the Portland metro area home, having grown up in Keizer and lived in Portland for the last 10 years. He loves the people, the food, the coffee, his nearby family and friends, and even the weather.

Outside of work, Dr. Weaver enjoys spending time with family and seeing the great Pacific Northwest by hiking, snowboarding, surfing, and spending time outdoors.
