Insurance and Billing
South Portland Surgical Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Because your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

My wife went in for surgery today. She had a great experience. Her nurse, Deje was absolutely amazing! She stayed with my wife the entire time making sure everything was ok and that my wife was comfortable. She was friendly and extremely thoughtful as well as very professional. Thank you Deje for contributing to the best experience!

South Portland Surgery Center is a fantastic place to be if you are needing surgery. Their office staff is thorough in explaining your benefits and amounts owed, while their nursing staff is calming, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and safe. I would recommend this center if it is an option to go here for your care!
